Marlou Arizala is a former member of disbanded group 'Hasht 5' the group experienced cyberbullying because of their physical appearance. Marlou was the only one noticed from the group. He has undergone a plastic surgery and his transformation went viral and he changed his name to Xander Ford
2.) Rustom Padilla
Rustom Padilla famously known as BB Gandanghari was an actor and a model before coming out as a transgender. Rustom married Carmina Villarroel in the year 1994 and later filed annulment which was granted in the year 2002. In 2009, Rustom shocked people when he made a surgery and came out as a transgender woman. She underwent a sex change or sex reassignment surgery.
3.) Charice Pempengco
Charice Pempengco is an international singing sensation, She visited international tv shows just to perform. She was discovered through a video streaming website, YouTube. In June 2017, She changed her name in to Jake Zyrus and later She made a Botox procedure according to her auntie Dr. Vicki Belo. Vicki Belo said Jake Zyrus underwent Botox and Thermage procedure for He was preparing his appearance in a TV series Glee.
4.) Arci Muñoz
Arci Muñoz is an actress and a singer. She was discovered and first seen in the TV show 'StarStruck' in 2005. A few years past, Arci made a series of appearance in different network companies. She has undergone a cosmetic surgery. But her last surgery went viral because netizens don't seem to like her new look.
5.) Vice Ganda
Vice Ganda is a comedian, fashion icon and a television host in abs-cbn show 'It's Showtime'. In the year 2015, Vice admitted that he tried a cosmetic surgery. He had undergone an underarm and hip procedure with Dr. Vicki Belo.
